Cheerleading
Our cheer program is now year round and for cheerleaders from kindergarten to 6th grade. Beth Emmons & Laurie Martz have taken over our cheer program and we are very excited to see what is in store! Summer Cheer Specific Info:
First Summer Season!!!
All cheerleaders, there is a purchase requirement of a white tennis skirt. A tshirt will be provided that the participants can keep end of season! May choose your own skirt, or option to purchase the pre-selected choice below.
The Summer season starts the week of June 8. We have a special treat this season!!
First week will have two 90 min practices. Not just an average practice for summer! The first 45 min will be for learning cheers. The last 45 min the cheerleaders will have access to a pool, tree swing, and playset. No need to worry, there will be a nurse on site!
The rest of the season will consist of 2 games each week, during the weeknights, at either 6pm or 7pm. No weekend games! We will be cheering for the Malvern League Basketball games. Games will be played at various West Chester School District Locations. Schedule will be posted the week of June 8. There will be eight games, with a two week break around 4th July. Season runs until the end of July.
At the end of the season, we will have a final pool/ pizza party!
This season is meant to be fun and informal. Would serve as a great intro to cheer and also a great way to get back into it, if you're child has taken a break.
